The Billings County School District is committed to maintaining a learning and working environment free from discrimination and harassment in all employment and educational programs, activities, and facilities. The District prohibits discrimination and harassment based on a student and/or employee’s race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, disability, age or other status protected by law.
The Billings County School District has two pre-k through eighth grade schools. One is located in historical Medora and the other is located 15 miles north of Belfield along Highway 85. The school buildings are in beautiful condition and enrollments have remained stable the past three years with about 40 students at each school. We have very involved parents, with almost 100% parental participation in parent/teacher conferences. We are proud of the excellent staff employed at both schools. Both of our schools are located in small rural settings, with a wonderful educational environment.
